To view our integration options, navigate under Contacts and click on New Contact List and then click on "Show All tools
Click on "Show All Tools"
Select Zapier and then hit Connect
Next, click on " Integrate Directly at Zapier".
Now, go to Zapier's website and search for Gmail, then login when prompted.
Select the automation as follows and select your preferred action in Gmail when there's new Subscribers in Hello Bar.
Connect your Hello Bar account
Select the site and the contact list to sync to Gmail
Connect your gmail account
Setup Gmail email ( You can send the email to multiple email addresses including your own for new sign up notification purposes)
Scroll down within the "Setup Action" to find the option to compose your email/notification.
After sending test email, turn ON your Zap and you're all set!
