To begin adding contacts you will start by going to the “Contacts” section on the left side of your account. Once clicked you will see that there are 3 ways to add your contacts.

  • Adding An Individual Contact

To do this simply select the “Add Contact” button and then enter the name and email address of the contact. When you are finish select “Save Contact”

  • Uploading a CSV

To add contacts this way simply select “Import From CSV”. You will then be prompted to select or drag your CSV and then select “Upload CSV”

* Important* Make sure your CSV is formatted correctly and that the 'name' and 'email' are exact with no capitalization and in this order exactly.

  • Add To Your Contacts Automatically From Your Pop-ups

This is by far the easiest way to add contacts to your HelloMail account, and the best part of it is how easy it is. When you use your HelloBar pop-ups to collect email addresses the data you collect will automatically be populated in your HelloMail contacts!
