Tracking your Hello Bar popup performance provides a clear picture of progress toward your goals and objectives by tracking key metrics such as views, clicks, and conversions, and seeing what is working well and what needs improvement.
Under the Summary tab in your Hello Bar admin dashboard, see your overall pop-up performance.
See the numbers of views, calls, emails collected, etc., on the colored tiles, and by clicking each one of them, you can view the numbers on a daily basis by hovering your cursor on the corresponding graph.
Click the date selector to customize the view based on the date range and download the report through an Excel file using the "Download" button.
Navigate under "Manage" and see how each of your popups is performing.
Click the graph icon
on each of the popups to open the popup performance data.
