With the newly updated input fields of Hello Bar, you can now turn the simple email collection popup into a survey form or a questionnaire to run on your site.
(Hit CTRL(win)/CMD (Mac) +"Watch on Youtube" to view on Youtube)
Select the email collection popup goal when you create a popup.
Click the "Add field" option under "Input fields" in your popup editor.
Under "Field Type" select the field type of your choice such as text field, dropdown, checkbox, etc.
Hit the "Add Field" option again to add more fields and create your simple popup form.
The data that your popup form collects can be accessed under "Contacts" which you can also export via CSV.
