On Hello Bar, we have four different plans to choose from to be sure that we cater to our community and its diverse needs:

Free Starter Plan
Growth Plan

Premium Plan
Elite Plan

Our plans cover small businesses and entrepreneurs that are just starting out, to mega-marketers with hundreds of thousands of site views each month, and everyone in between.

That being said, there are always outliers.

Here are our four plans:

Free Starter Plan: 

This plan is perfect for the blossoming digital marketer and contains all the basics you need to get started collecting leads and growing your community using Hello Bar.

On this plan, you will have access to:

  • 5,000 pop-up views each month
  • The ability to create 1 pop-up on your site
  • The collection of unlimited subscribers to your list
  • Basic technical support via email
  • GDPR compliant pop-ups
  • Limited email integrations (Not sure if your email provider is supported on this plan? Ask our team)

On this plan, you are unable to remove Hello Bar branding, customize your pop-ups for mobile, use our targeting features, add a custom thank you message, or access our team through live in-app chat support.

Growth Plan: 

This plan is the next step up from the Starter Plan, and allows for many expanded options as you use Hello Bar. These features allow you to get more in-depth in your pop-up strategy and fine tune your set up to skyrocket your conversions.

The Growth Plan starts at $29 per month or $289 per year (the yearly bundle gets you 2 months for free!).

On the Growth Plan, you will have access to the following: 

  • 50,000 pop-up views each month
  • The ability to create unlimited pop-ups on your site
  • The ability to collect unlimited subscribers to your list
  • The ability to customize your pop-ups based on device type, such as mobile or tablet
  • Advanced targeting features, including 20+ special rules to give you complete control over when and where your pop-ups appear (hint: this allows you to set your pop-up to appear on only certain pages of your website)
  • Advanced design features, such as the ability to turn off the Hello Bar logo, ask a leading question, or use the wiggle button – all proven to increase conversions significantly
  • Custom thank you messages for visitors who opt in to your offers
  • 90 days of live, in-app chat support from our marketing and technical teams, who will be able to give you customized tips and tricks to improve your conversions

Please note that sites that receive more than 50,000 views to their pop-ups within the course of a month will receive a $5 overage charge per each 25,000 views over 50,000.


Premium Plan: 

If your site is getting a lot more views than the 50,000 monthly views the Growth Plan provides, this plan is the next higher option to consider. It's got the same great features but with 3 times the number of available views per month!

The Premium Plan starts at $49 per month or $499 per year (the yearly bundle gets you 2 months for free!).

On the Premium Plan, you will have access to the following: 

  • 150,000 pop-up views each month
  • The ability to create unlimited pop-ups on your site
  • The ability to collect unlimited subscribers to your list
  • The ability to customize your pop-ups based on device type, such as mobile or tablet
  • Advanced targeting features, including 20+ special rules to give you complete control over when and where your pop-ups appear (hint: this allows you to set your pop-up to appear on only certain pages of your website)
  • Advanced design features, such as the ability to turn off the Hello Bar logo, ask a leading question, or use the wiggle button – all proven to increase conversions significantly
  • Custom thank you messages for visitors who opt in to your offers
  • Unlimited live, in-app chat support from our marketing and technical teams, who will be able to give you customized tips and tricks to improve your conversions

Please note that sites that receive more than 150,000 views to their pop-ups within the course of a month will receive a $5 overage charge per each 50,000 views over 150,000.

Elite Plan: 

The Elite Plan is designed for expert marketers whose sites have a high amount of traffic and need custom attention and touches from the Hello Bar team. This is our most premium plan and comes with all the bells and whistles that Hello Bar has to offer.

The Elite Plan starts at $99 per month or $999 per year (the yearly bundle gets you 2 months for free!)

On the Elite Plan, you will have access to the following: 

  • 500,000 pop-up views each month
  • The ability to create unlimited pop-ups on your site
  • The ability to collect unlimited subscribers to your list
  • Premium targeting features, including 20+ special rules to give you complete control over when and where your pop-ups appear. This is the only plan where ad targeting features are available
  • Advanced design features, such as the ability to turn off the Hello Bar logo, ask a leading question, or use the wiggle button – all proven to increase conversions significantly
  • Custom thank you messages for visitors who opt in to your offers
  • Unlimited live, in-app chat support from our marketing and technical teams, who will be able to give you customized tips and tricks to improve your conversions and hop on the phone whenever needed
  • Premium Email Provider Integrations with InfusionSoft, maripost, Interable, and Webhooks
  • Unlimited seats to access your Hello Bar account
